At this year’s TED conference in Long Beach, CA, a young, semi-anonymous French artist took to the stage, posing a single question to the assorted audience of visionaries across science, business, design, technology, and entertainment: “Can art change the world?” JR’s message was heard around the world as the video spread like wildfire across Hulu, YouTube, and Vimeo in the coming days.
